Duties of Government Service Providers 
	- Deal with applicants respectfully and tactfully. 
 
	- Provide cooperative employees who are knowledgeable about service provision procedure and can answer all inquiries. 
 
	- Provide service requirements and time needed to complete it. 
 
	- Respond to service recipients in a timely manner without delay and meet their needs with high professionalism.  
 
	- Simplify procedures to ensure smooth and speedy service provision. 
 
	- Work continuously to provide services through proper channels and appropriate time. 
 
	- Provide communication means to receive complaints and suggestions from service recipients, and ensure their participation in developing services.   
 
 
 
Duties of Service Recipients in the Department 
	- Deal respectfully with the Department’s employees. 
 
	- Abide by instructions relating to service provision, their locations and don’t infringe on the rights of other people.  
 
	- Bring all required documents to obtain the service.  
 
	- Answer all questions of the Department’s employees to obtain the service efficiently and on time.  
 
	- Notify the Department promptly if there is any mistake or amendment to data or circumstances related to completing the service. 
 
	- Abide by declared communication means if there is a complaint or an inquiry.
